Enlighten Enviro offers a bespoke customer service for the provision of energy certification. The company was founded in 2007, originally under the name Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Direct, and its aim was to provide energy certificates in accordance with the Government’s introduction of the Home Information Packs (HIPs).

In 2009, the company made a forward-thinking decision to change its name to Enlighten Enviro Ltd, in order to reflect the changing culture of the company and its involvement in the wider energy market. Today Enlighten Enviro places further emphasis on anticipated future regulations concerning carbon emissions and on helping customers to comply with their regulatory and social responsibilities.

Enlighten Enviro aims to become the leading energy certification provider in the country, offering fast and efficient services at competitive prices. The company boasts an impressive list of clients including Camelot Theme Park and the Trafford Centre alongside national portfolios for blue chip companies. Enlighten Enviro offers national coverage, encompassing Scotland and Northern Ireland.

To maintain impeccable standards, the company employs some of the most experienced assessors in the country – accredited by National Energy Services Ltd (NES) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Furthermore, the company is regulated by the RICS, holds BSI ISO accreditation and has a high level of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
