Incom Telecommunications is the trading name of Executive Telecommunications Ltd, the UK’s leading distributor of business telecommunications products. The group specialises in business-to-business retail of equipment including telephones, wireless headsets, printers and fax machines.

Each year, the company generates a multimillion-pound turnover, doing business in the UK and overseas.

The company was founded in 1984, with a mission to become a ‘one-stop shop’ for public and private sector telecommunications equipment. Since then, they have continued to offer their customers a first class service, based on principles of innovation and enterprise.

The company has received multiple accolades over the years for the quality of their service. One such award was being named Top Fax Dealer by a leading fax manufacturer in 2001. Incom has also been given a bronze award and status as a First Class Supplier by the public sector.

In 1998, Incom established an online presence, opening up the time and cost-effective benefits of an automated ordering system to its customers. Incom was one of the first telecoms distributors to embrace the internet.

In 2003, the company was bought out by a team headed by Steve Kelly, leading to a renewed period of investment in new technologies. Today, Incom has resolved to maintain their leading market position via dynamic and rigorous strategies centring on the use of technology.
