Train/Metrolink
Trams run direct from Piccadilly, Victoria and Deansgate railway stations, and stop within walking distance of theEword. The Metrolink station closest to theEword is Exchange Quay, served by the Eccles line. After alighting at Exchange Quay, walk along the platform to the left and exit the station, crossing over the roundabout onto Trafford Road. Bear left and cross over the two roads to the right hand side of Trafford Road and cross over Trafford Bridge. After walking over the bridge, take the next immediate right to turn onto Trafford Wharf Road.
Follow the road on the right hand side, which runs by Manchester Ship Canal, until you get to Waterside. Turn left onto the road and you will see the sign for Incom House. Take the second entrance on the right and turn back on yourself through the car park towards reception.
Bus
The 250 service travels from Piccadilly Gardens to the Trafford Centre. This service stops on Trafford Park Road, just a few minutes’ walk from Waterside. Once off the bus, bear right and take the next immediate left onto a short path leading to Waterside. Find Incom House on the left, and take the first entrance on the left, and follow the car park through to reception.
By Car
theEword office is a short drive away from Manchester city centre. Starting at the Beetham Tower end of Deansgate, travel away from the centre down Chester Road. Cross the roundabout and continue straight ahead through the traffic lights onto Bridgewater Way. Go around White City roundabout (passing Harry Ramsden’s on the left) onto Trafford Road and turn left onto Trafford Wharf Road. Carry on through the traffic lights and take the second left onto Waterside. Incom House is on the right.
theEword is easily accessible from the Manchester Outer Ring Road (M60). Leave at Junction 9 and join Parkway (A5081) towards Trafford Park. At the first island, take the third exit onto Village Way. At the next island, take the second exit onto Warren Bruce Road. Turn right at the T-junction onto Trafford Wharf Road. Continue driving past the Imperial War Museum North and take the next immediate right onto Waterside. Bear right again at the second entrance for Incom House. There is free car parking available for visitors to theEword office.
