Google unveils social networking tool

Google is making further inroads into mobile with the launch of a new social networking tool called Buzz.

Last November, the technology giant fought off competition from Apple to buy mobile display ad specialist AdMob for £450 million. And in January, the Nexus One smartphone was launched based on a new version of Google’s Android mobile operating system.

Now, it has lifted the lid on Google Buzz
