Google advertises during Super Bowl
Google took the unprecedented step of advertising its services on prime time television with a 60-second advertisement during Sunday’s Super Bowl.
The spot, named ‘Parisian Love’, aired during the high-profile game of American Football and was thought to have cost over £3 million to air. The advert, which is part of the Search Stories series, follows the life of an American Googler as he moves to Paris and finds romance.
Eric Schmidt, chairman of Google, said the advert was one of the most popular from the Search Stories series.
