Google has revealed new features for users; multiple account sign-in and a new search history option. The options were reported this morning by two separate search engine optimisation blogs.
The multiple account sign-in feature gives users the opportunity to be logged into several seperate profiles, such as Gmail, without having to be signed into each product independently. The Google Operating System blog revealed the news this morning:
"When you enable this feature, the most significant change is that yo?ll see a new drop-down next to your email address in Gmail and other supported Google products. Click on the drop-down and you can sign in to a new Google Account without signing out from the previous account," read the article.
At present, the feature is not yet available for Google mobile users.
In other Google news, the search engine giant revealed a new history feature on its homepage today. The search option, which at present is only available to American users, gives individuals the chance to view their website history, breaking down the data into segments such as mobile searches, website thumbnails and starred items.
Users must have opted into Google's history option in order to use the feature.
