SEO Pivot released

The latest SEO keyword research tool, SEO Pivot, has been launched. Developed by the team behind the popular SEO programme SEM Rush, SEO Pivot is an application which examines a site’s search position for a variety of keywords.

SEO Pivot gathers rank information for a number of different search terms. The programme allows users to focus their optimisation efforts on underdeveloped keywords. This SEO application also displays the potential number of visitors a high page rank on a particular term could achieve. It has a database of over 500,000 keywords and users can download results in a Microsoft Excel format.

Positive reaction to SEO Pivot

Initial reaction to SEO Pivot has been positive. Respected international blog SEO Book compared it favourably to its predecessor, SEM Rush. Aaron Wall, head of SEO Book, said :

"SEM Rush does a great job of comparing sites head to head, but is a bit top heavy in the search results (only searching through Google's top 20 search results). SEO Pivot is more for just looking deeper into one site at a time, however it does use a smaller keyword database of 500,000 top keywords. It can help you uncover some broad keywords that you rank better than expected for."

SEO Pivot is a subscription service. Users can trial a free version of the software although the amount of keyword data returned in this version is limited. Full access to the application is available from $12.39 (£7.50) for 24 hour use or $148.39 (£90) for a year’s subscription.
