Daniel Collins is an account executive at theEword, where his day-to-day tasks include link building, keyword research and reporting back to clients on their SEO campaigns.
He plays a key role in assisting with off-site client projects, where he helps to drive traffic and increase conversions for client's websites. Daniel also provides stats for internal meetings that give the team an insight into how traffic, rankings and conversions are progressing for clients.
Daniel joined theEword in November 2010 as an apprentice and immediately set about shadowing colleagues in order to learn about the technical side of looking after client accounts. During this period he also dealt with telephone enquiries and greeted visiting clients to theEword offices.
This role allowed him to use his Creative Media diploma and NVQ in customer service, and his initiative and desire to learn new skills has seen him build on these to earn a further NVQ in IT and become a valued member of theEword marketing team.
