Jennifer Leonard is an account executive at theEword. Her day-to-day tasks include assisting with account handling and liaising with clients regarding work-tasks and campaign updates.
Using SEO tools, she assists with off-site projects, helping to drive traffic and increase conversions for clients, and works with analytical tools to complete detailed traffic reports. Her role also includes working closely with other departments in the business to coordinate tasks in relation to client campaigns.
She joined theEword in July 2011, and went on to complete a CIM award in Digital Marketing in November 2011, which covered all aspects of online marketing including SEO, PPC and site usability.
Prior to taking on this role, Jennifer worked in social media marketing at an events services agency in Didsbury. In this capacity she was responsible for planning and implementing campaigns, as well as the day-to-day management of the company's social media accounts and blog.
Outside of theEword, Jennifer enjoys cycling, sewing and watching many of her favourite bands perform live.
