Matthew Lawson is a PPC client manager at theEword. This role entails daily maintenance and monitoring to ensure all aspects of client campaigns are progressing correctly.
He undertakes keyword research and keyword grouping, writes test advertisement copy and employs landing page optimisation to improve the quality score and conversion rates of client sites. Matt also provides regular feedback to clients on these tasks in order to ensure they are kept aware of their campaign successes.
He is currently undertaking Google Adwords qualifications, while he also has a degree in Business and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Before joining theEword, Matthew worked for online printer retailers Printerland. He was promoted from a B2B sales role to an online marketing position after impressing with his drive and skills. This position gave him invaluable experience in running email marketing campaigns, from designing the email to targeting customers and monitoring performance. In addition, he was charged with promoting Printerland's new partnership with Samsung UK.
Away from the office, Matthew's interests include Manchester United, films, and extreme sports such as water skiing and wakeboarding.
