William joined theEword in November 2011, after completing his A levels, on a Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship with Damar Training. He is also studying for the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 2 to gain knowledge of accounting and business finance. His role at theEword is to assist the Business Development Manager with exploring new business opportunities and in nurturing relationships with clients.
Having been involved in his family's businesses from an early age, Will has always been interested in finance and marketing and recently took a leading role in building an e-commerce website. He looks forward to further developing these skills at theEword.
He also has a keen interest in media, which was demonstrated when he won a national media award for creating a music video, organised by MTV and Adobe.
Outside of work, Will is a keen musician with grade 8 in two instruments, and plays drums for several local amateur dramatic societies. He has also taken on lead roles on the stage.
His other hobby is football; he plays regularly, and has the misfortune to be a dedicated supporter of Wigan Athletic.
