Background

Designed to create urgency, the 25/25/25 campaign invited prospective homebuyers to reserve a home for just £25 before the 25th of January 2025.

Objectives

  • Convert prospective buyers into leads before the offer’s cut-off date.
  • Reconnect with website visitors from the past 90 days who had yet to convert.

Approach

This one-month-long campaign took a multi-channel approach, which included:

Meta Advertising

Focused on key geographical areas, the campaign was primarily executed on Meta, with additional support from a complementary Google Performance Max campaign.

SMS Campaign

To re-engage cooling leads, we ran an SMS campaign targeting all Shared Ownership prospects nationwide from the last six months, encouraging them to take the next step with Latimer.

Results

The campaign exceeded expectations, generating these incredible results:

  • 240 forms filled and phone calls made.
  • Meta contributed 71% of all leads, with 170 form fills.
  • 18% of leads were from retargeting efforts, generating 44 form fills.

In addition to the above, the SMS campaign was sent to 6,157 people who had registered their interest in the past six months. This led to 2,462 website sessions, 38 brochure downloads and 50 form fills.
