Background

We’ve been working with Latimer since 2019, initially supporting them on their Furness Quay development in Salford Quays.

Since then, we've cultivated a strong relationship, achieved consistently high-performing campaigns and expanded our activity across Latimer’s developments in the North of England.

  • For High Definition in Salford Quays, we’ve generated 2,690 leads in the last 12 months. 
  • Working to improve lead volume for Broadmeadow Park, we increased new users to the website by 234% and boosted enquiry submissions by 45%. 
  • Our “Parents” campaign resulted in 130 downloads of the educational infographic and 26% CTR on Google Ads.
