The new contract taken on by the company is for Managed Communications. The Nottingham-based firm provides bonded ADSL, SDSL and other business communication solutions to firms throughout the UK including Continental, P&O, the NHS and Birmingham City Council.
theEword will provide search engine optimisation, pay per click, design and development support to Managed Communications, in a bid to reinforce its position in search engine rankings and bring more traffic and conversions to the site.
Meanwhile, theEword is expanding yet again with the addition of three new members of staff.
Rachel Holce joins the digital marketing team having recently completed a Business Administration and Marketing degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. She specialises in digital marketing and communications and has previously held managerial placements at Eat and other businesses in Manchester.
Nick Price joins the company as a developer, starting in the design and development team under the supervision of theEword’s creative director Tom Glass. Nick will assist with the coding of theEword’s new and existing clients’ websites, as well as working on internal systems. He has worked previously at one of Manchester’s biggest search engine optimisation companies.
Finally, developer James Rose joins the company on a freelance basis. James, who is still to graduate, will be gaining valuable work experience and training at theEword while helping out on internal projects and tracking systems.
All of this news comes as theEword retains its place in the TopSEOs list of the ten best UK SEO companies for the fourth month running. The accolade is awarded to companies based on ratings given by clients for creativity, innovation, reporting and overall performance.
theEword was the most successful company of its size in the list, with the highest client retention and satisfaction rate.
